modifyrules.txt will contain the following data:

* Notice that "paypersale" is the first option listed because it was the option included in all the
video code above. It will be searched for and replaced with the options following it in modifyrules.txt
if selected when loading the content. As many options as desired can be included in this file as
long as they are all on one line of the file and separated by the pipe(|) symbol.
* The data following "<DES>" is the text description of the option.
* <XXXXX> (5 capitol X's between html tags) will be replaced with the actual reseller code by Tubecgi
when it imports the video.
tubecgi.txt should contain a link to AcmeSponsor.com:
http://AcmeSponsor.com
The acmesponsor folder is then uploaded to the /cgi-bin/tube/preload_info directory
by the reseller.
All banners for the sponsor must be uploaded to the reseller's domain.com/banners directory.
* This example was limited to a small number of videos, but a sponsor may include 100's or 1000's of
videos in the files thus allowing the reseller to import a massive content collection and
begin promoting the products in a matter of minutes.
* NOTE: If a thumbnail image is not provided then the video will not be imported.
